I use Expedia.com. Buy your tickets at least a month in advance. 3 months works well.

Vayama is really good- also, you could try Kayak for good fares- we recently booked a trip to Egypt through Vayama and got a great fare, so I'd recommend them :)

I'll actually try to answer your question directly: Right now, it's http://www.jetblue.com showing available seats at $360 round trip with all taxes and fees included. I found this via BookingBuddy.com. I also checked Southwest for you since they're flying from Dulles now, but their cheapest is $388. JetBlue at $360 looks like the cheapest total with seats available for this specific itinerary on these dates.
