I bought tix to Hawaii from Southwest Airlines on ATA planes) has SWA been able to find seats for all affected
I purchased airline tix from Southwest from Oakland to Hawaii in June. The flight/plane is run by ATA airlines- who stopped flying a couple of days ago due to lack of funds. SWA said that the would "accomodate people". There phone rep said that means getting their ticketed passengers on other carriers at no additional charge. Can anyone tell me if they have been successful at getting people, who book tickets from Southwest Air, onto other carriers? Has anyone not been able to get seats? Did they get refunds?

You WILL get a refund, just after April 7th. They are only refunding or re-booking passengers with travel in the next 14 days. I know Southwest and they will most definetly honor their policy. More information can be found at:http://southwest.com/travel_center/ata_codeshare.html If you are having problems with your refund, please contact me and I can see what I can do.

its up to you what you want to do. since you purchased tickets through SWA, they will either refund you the tickets, or they can reaccomodate you on another carrier. keep checking their website for more updates.
