(09-19) 16:12 PDT OAKLAND -- An Oakland woman has been answerable with automatic assassination and adolescent misuse in the afterlife of her 2-year-old son, who died of cocaine ingestion, authorities said Friday.
Fayson Howard, 39, was arrested Monday in affiliation with the May 23 afterlife of her son, James Patrick Johnson III. She is actuality captivated at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $130,000 bail.
Paramedics were alleged to Howard's accommodation on the 3600 block of 39th Avenue in the city's Laurel adjacency to investigate letters of an above child.
