Cigarettes in California ?
Im going to California soon, and I was just wondering, 1) what is the legal age to buy cigarettes in CA? 2) Is it okay to possess cigarettes if your unerage? 3) Do you think theyll sell me a carton at the airport? It would either be an airport in Denver, CO (i have a connecting flight) or the Oakland Airport. I am 16, and I live in Boston MA. Here, the laws are that its illegal to buy cigarettes under 18 y/o but its okay to smoke and posess tobacco even if your underage.

yeah in Ca it's 18 also and yes they do ask for id here ALWAYS ANYWHERE IN CA

1) Legal age is 18. 2) Worst that can happen is that they are confiscated 3) No they will not, ID is necessary for purchases. DIA operates a No ID, No Sale policy.
